Speaker 1:

Hello, hello and welcome to the AI Cafe Conversations. I'm your host, sahar, your AI whisperer, and today we are peeking behind the counter to uncover the AI baristas secret menu. Grab your favorite mug and let's brew up some hidden potential for your business. But, as usual, before I go into the context of what our podcast today is about, I always share the news. What happened this whole week till today, wednesday, july 24th? You know what happened during that because, as we know, ai is moving at the speed of light. Unless you live under a rock, then you haven't heard about the biggest IT outage in history. That happened last week Friday, thursday and Friday and what happened is that airlines got, flights got cancelled, a lot of restaurants could not deal with credit card payment, that's, they had only to do cash. Actually, my favorite cafe place was closed due to that. So what does it do? Why should we care about that? We should care about that because when there is a single point that fails right, like if someone is doing an update, for example, like in this case, it was crowdsourced and it goes wrong it doesn't only affect that company, but, as we saw, it affected everybody, and it affected everybody at the same time. And why should we care when we talk about AI? So let's talk about AI. In five to 10 years, it will be as important or crucial to our daily life as our laptops and and Microsoft is now. We saw this kind of outage happening in 1995 or 96, I can remember but it wasn't as bad because we did not really depend on laptops and PCs that much. But now we saw what it could do and with AI coming, when everything is gonna be integrated with AI, specifically that Microsoft cloud servers are now using AI then if an incident like this happened, the outage can be maybe six, seven, 10, 12 times more than Friday's chaos and fiasco. And that's why we need to be very careful when we deploy or use AI in vital places like hospitals, like transportation, like we saw what happened into the airline justice, even military, so we need to be careful with that. We call it AGI or artificial generated or generative intelligence, and again that means something. That means something very crucial here that removing human beings is not in the short term, it's not in the courts, because removing humans from the loop entirely can actually be disastrous, and so that's why, no matter what and we don't know what's going to happen in the future. No one can know what's going to happen in the future, but so far humans are more intelligent than ai. Hopefully it will stay that way in another uh word linkedin plans to use artificial intelligence, uh to make its platform basically a daily habit for users. Uh, using gamification as well. Um google I mean we're gonna see gemini in the from friday uh because google is sponsoring uh the paris olympics and team uh usa on um nbc and it's gonna promote ai features, google MapView, ai Overviews and Circle of Search. In other news, gpt-4.0 Mini is coming and is being released to some people now, when actually people were waiting for GPT-5. I have to try it and then come back with comments, but I just wanted to let you know that it's here.

Speaker 1:

Open AI also. Chad GPT decided not to depend on anybody and just do start building their own AI chips. It's not going to happen right away, but this is the work in their plan, because they don't want to depend on someone like NVIDIA. You know, and see the the competition taking advantage of that. So they're going to be creating their own chips. It kind of worries me because I don't want to see um some kind of own ownership or just one um, one company doing everything, but, at the same time, I do understand their concern.

Speaker 1:

So, as far as as tools to help you, you know, as a small business since today we're talking about small business and its usage of ai we all need a story, right, a branding story, and a branding story is where we act as the guide, you know, for, uh, for our customers. The start of the story is always the customer. So we need to build the branding story and it has to have some elements, and the elements is how to take them through your journey, to see how you transform yourself from A to B, to give yourself credibility and to show them the transformation that you were able to do, that you can offer it to someone else. So a prompt for that and I'm big on prompt engineering, as you know, and prompt chaining you can saw, you can say, as my content creator and branding specialist, right, a bio in form of a story, using the hero's journey framework that follows you and you have, you will copy and paste your bio in there. You know that got you from a to b, or got you from ordinary to extraordinary, through challenges and obstacles, till you achieve the results and the success that you have in your life. So first you assign a role for it and you have to give it a lot of information. Like you want a story, you want to be the hero in it how you went through challenges and problems and obstacles and how you became successful at the end of the way. Make it and you can add, make it emotional, make it simple, the end a short story that you can use as bio to attract and to make that connection between yourself and your client.

Speaker 1:

Chat GPT and to be very honest, I don't know if it's available on the free chat GPT, but I have it on my paid chat GPT it has something on the left column, on the top, called negotiator. So what you can do with that is like you can actually go and sign into your account and click on negotiator and then put something that what do you want from it? Like you can have it, give you information about any kind of negotiation message that you are looking for, and once you get that message, you can basically share it with someone else if you are, email it or learn it by heart, so you can use it, for example, to negotiate proposals, prices, business contracts and even more. But again, it's very important for me to say that my advice on that, or even chat GPT, is not a substitute for professional legal advice. Whenever you have contracts or whatever, please consult a lawyer for that. I am not a legal professional and I am not a lawyer, so I'm not. I cannot give you legal advice here.

Speaker 1:

Ok, going back to today's idea today is AI barista secret menu, unlocking the hidden potential in your business potential in your business. So what I'm doing is that I'm giving you the secret menu and the secret recipes on how to use AI for your business. I'm going to share six different secrets with you, but I am going to divide it into two parts three in this episode, in this podcast, and three in the next one. So the first secret menu is the Mind Reader Mocha. The second one that I'm going to share today will be the Mind Reader Mocha is our first one. The second one is our Chameleon Cappuccino. The third one is our efficiency expresso. The fourth one is trend spotter tea. The fifth one is innovation iced tea and the sixth one is feedback frappe.

Speaker 1:

Like I said, this episode is gonna run into the first three mid mind reader mocha, chameleon cappuccino and efficiency espresso. And what I'm gonna do. I'm gonna share with you what each one means and what actually the prompts that you should use for each one of them. So first up on our secret menu, like I said, is the mind reader, mocha. Imagine a coffee that knows what you want before you do. That's what AI-powered predictive analytics can do for your customer service.

Speaker 1:

Here is how you wipe up this special blue Number. One start with your customer data that's your base expresso. To add a shot of AI analysis to identify patterns in customer behavior. Three sprinkle in some predictive algorithms to anticipate customer needs. For top it off with proactive outreach and you might tell me what, what does that mean? What would I do with that? So let's go through it step by step.

Speaker 1:

Step one you need to gather the customer data prompt and how you do that. Again, you start with the role as my marketing consultant. Consultant list all available sources of customer data in my business, including, but not limited to, purchase history, website interaction, customer service logs and survey responses. That's the first step, which we call customer service. To go to the analysis after that, or to analyze, identify the customer behavior. This is the prompt that you need to put again, as above, as per above, analyze the collected customer data to identify common patterns and trends as frequency of purchase, types of product or service most often bought, common customer service issues, peak times for customer interaction present the top five most significant patterns discovered.

Speaker 1:

The third step is how we can do some prediction algorithms. How we can do that, how we can prompt it we always need to do prompt chaining, meaning connecting it to the one before. So, as per above, and based on the patterns identified, suggest predictive algorithms that could anticipate customer needs. For each algorithm, provide a brief explanation of how it works, the specific customer need it could predict and the data it would require to function effectively. For the fourth step, which is designing a proactive outreach strategy, the prompt, then, to enter again as per above develop a proactive outreach strategy based on the predictive analytics, including triggers for outreach, appropriate channels of communication like emails, texts, in-app DMs, personalized message templates for different scenarios, a system for tracking the effectiveness of these proactive measures. And then to implement the whole plan. The prompt that you need to enter is as per above create a step-by-step implementation plan for this predictive analytics system that include necessary tools required team members, a timeline for rollout, potential challenges and solutions, methods for measuring success.

Speaker 1:

The last one, how to continue to improve. You often need to review it, update the algorithms, have metrics, because what you can measure doesn't exist. By using these prompts sequentially, you can guide your AI system or team through the process of setting predictive analytics for customer service from data that are already gathered. So this is what we do, and what do you get out of that? You're reaching out to customers with solution before they even realize that they have a problem. It's like being a psychic barista who knows exactly what drink will make their day better. The next one is Chameleon cappuccino. This shape shifting drink adapts to every customer's taste.

Speaker 1:

Ai can personalize your marketing. So the first thing to do is how to start with the robust customer database that is basically your coffee. Then you make sure you segment it, then you froth up some content generation algorithms and the final step is sprinkle each cup with personalized recommendation. How do we do that? The prompt for creating that customer database is to start again with the role as my market analysis strategist create a comprehensive list of customer data points to collect, including demographics, psycho-demographic purchase history, browsing behavior on your website, interaction with our marketing emails, social engagement, and then you do the segmentation prompting.

Speaker 1:

The second prompt based on above, using the customer data collected, develop an ai powered segmentation strategies. So here you enter the variable for segmentation, appropriate algorithms like clustering or hierarchical clustering. Determine the optimal number of customer segments that you have, and please don't have more than two. Describe the characteristic of each marketing strategies that you have In order for you to generate content. The for that is, as my content creator design a content generation system for personalized marketing. So list types of content to be generated, like email subject lines, product descriptions, social media posts. Identify key input, like customer segment, past interactions or current promotions. Have examples of how the generated content should differ by your customer segmentation. And propose to have a method to ensure brand consistency across the content. This is a great way to start. And then how to implement all that. The prompt for that based on above, create a plan to implement and integrate this personalized marketing system, suggest tools, suggest steps, propose a timeline for rollout, identify challenges and recommend training to use that. And always look at your KPIs and make sure that you follow progress on that. Again, when you follow these prompts, you can guide the development of a comprehensive AI personalized marketing system while building your customer database.

Speaker 1:

The third and last tool that I'm going to give you, or prompts that I'm going to give you today, is what I call the efficiency espresso. This potent shot supercharges your operations, cutting waste and maximizing resources. So one, grind up your operation data. That's your coffee beans. Use AI algorithms to extract inefficiency points to collect, including production and services, delivery times, resource utilization, employees productivity metrics, quality control, customer wait line for deliveries, inventory, turnover rates, equipment downtime and energy consumption. Then you can extract the inefficiencies and the prompt for that. As per above.

Speaker 1:

Develop an AI driven analysis plan for the operational data. Suggest appropriate machine learning algorithms for patterns. Define KPIs. Create a list of potential inefficiencies to look at like bottlenecks. Design a system to correlate different data points for deeper insight and propose methods to distinguish between normal variation and actual inefficiencies. The third part, which is brew under the pressure of real-time analysis design an alert system, so specify the frequency of data analysis. Make sure that you create the threshold levels for your KPIs. Develop system for alerts based on potential impact on your operation. Suggest visualization methods for real-time, like dashboards or heat maps, and propose and design a predictive component that forecasts potential issues. And you need to serve it right away for maximum impact so you can prompt it as per above.

Speaker 1:

Create an action plan for responding to insights, including suggesting methods for rapidly communicating changes to relevant team members, to relevant customers. Create a system for tracking implementation and effectiveness of changes. And, of course, again, you continually improve. Make sure that you optimize the efficiency of whatever you have. These prompts will guide you through setting up a comprehensive AI-driven system that will continuously improve operational efficiency. Remember to adapt them for your specific industry, of course, and operational needs.

Speaker 1:

This is, I think, the longest podcast I have done, but I wanted to make sure to give you prompts.
